Our Goal

From Our Founder

Through my experiences in the US Army and in various active roles as a security officer over the years, I witnessed firsthand how easily details could be overlooked. This realization motivated me to develop my application, with the aim of simplifying reporting for security teams while enhancing integrity and accountability.

Advance Site Information

Provide managers with a step-by-step flow chart in order to set up and track duties.

Planning checklist

Provide a flow chart to the security on site as to their task, duty, area of operation, checkpoints, rules, expectation, personnel on duty and times active.

Guard Interaction

The interface for the guard must be able to receive and confirm their duties ahead of schedule with any pre-duty instructions, uniform and equipment. Requirements check in and check-out time step-by-step patrol and voice to text log.

Task Management

Provide security personnel with direction and communication on duty with easy log GPS picture and video reporting as well as 911 info patrol reminders and any other necessary site information and rules.

Duty logs and reports

Reports allow individual security personnel to directly communicate to management. Providing the customer of the security company an activity report daily so that they know that the guard is following protocols and maintaining integrity.

After Action Review

The after action review will compile all of the logs, hours and a complete duty roster as to what happened during the time of scheduled operation.

Log History

Log histories can hold individuals and organizations accountable for their actions by providing evidence of what occurred and who was responsible.

Geofence

geofence is a virtual boundary or perimeter created around a physical location using GPS  technology. When a mobile device equipped with a GPS enters or exits the geofenced area, an automatic alert or notification is triggered to inform the relevant parties.
